About

My journey

Graduated from Polytechnique de Montréal in 2015, I worked at the end of my studies at Magnéto Hydraulique in Boucherville. I had the chance to be in charge of several particularly demanding special projects. In these projects, we were mainly responsible for the hydraulic system and control system, automation. Among these projects there were the following:

  • Automated cranes for loading a ship

  • Military trailer

  • Lifting platform on barge

  • Dismountable crane for building roof maintenance

  • Ship mooring system

I also had to design, supervise the manufacturing and test hydraulic units that control inlet valves and blades of hydroelectrical turbine.

I then went to work at Merkur in Sherbrooke where I was able to work on pure mechanical design projects.

  • Machine frame design

  • Sliding/swivel mechanism design

  • Articulated arm design

  • Sizing / Selection of a range of machine elements

My approach

I am someone who prioritizes collaboration with the client in the design and/or analysis process. Clients have good ideas and know their workplace better than anyone, so it makes sense to involve them in the process.

I am passionate about ideation and concept generation processes using collaborative sketches on Teams / Microsoft whiteboard.

My greatest professional qualities:
