Leveling system for military trailer

Project objective:

This project consisted of designing and manufacturing a leveling system for a military trailer. Leveling had to be done using hydraulic stabilizers and everything had to be controlled by a wired joystick. Leveling had to be done semi-automatically.

Main challenges:

• Meet the stringent requirements of the military industry

• Carry out the multitude of analyzes and military tests

• Being able to integrate the entire hydraulic system into a very limited space

Purpose:

All requirements were finally met. The system is easily operated with the handheld control and makes it easy to level the trailer.
